Policies
Arrival Time
If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time to complete your new client paperwork or download it below. Regular clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment to prepare for session
and to ensure full treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or you may not be able to have your full treatment time. Please respect your therapist and other clients by arriving on time to ensure treatment times are kept in a timely manner. I usually run exactly on time!
Cancellation Policy
My mission is to provide you with the best quality of services. Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation if possible. I am are aware that sometimes things happen; please give as much notice as you are able. If you fail to show up for your appointment or give less than 6 hours notice of cancellation you will be charged 50% for time lost. Clients with repeated late cancellation, no shows or late arrival times may result in removal from the online scheduling privileges. If you are using a gift certificate or package and fail to give proper notice of cancellation or fail to show up for your appointment you forfeit that gift certificate and that visit will be deducted from you package. Please be respectful of my time and my business.
Insurance Coverage
Massage may be a covered service with your current health insurance plan. Check with your insurance provider to learn more. Massage IS covered through HSA's, Flexible Spending Accounts and Cafeteria Plans. Ask for a receipt for your session or use your Flex Debit/Charge Card or write a check from your account.
